ETVA Online Membership Form

Open enrollment for the 2010-11 school year ended on August 25, 2010. If you are a returning member who wants to join after the deadline, your application must be approved by the Executive Board and you will be assessed a late fee. First-time members may join at any point during the year.

ETVA requires the submission of this form annually to retain active membership. Returning members who do not rejoin by the membership deadline will subject to a substantial late fee. (See Calendar for current deadline)

  • Returning members must rejoin each year to maintain eligibility to participate in ETVA activities.
  • On submission of the form, the information provided is sent to the ETVA Executive Secretary and Webmaster for inclusion in our databases.
  • You will be invoiced for the annual membership fee (see current fees).
  • ETVA requires membership in the Music Educators National Conference (MENC) of all ETVA members except retirees. Join MENC online.
