Welcome to East Tennessee Vocal Association!

Our Mission: The East Tennessee Vocal Association is dedicated to advancing the cause of music education in general and choral music in particular in public and private schools in Eastern Tennessee.

ETVA is affiliated with the Tennessee Music Education Association (TMEA) and the National Association for Music Education (NAfME). Many members are also affiliated with the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA). ETVA sponsors several events during the school year at the middle school and high school level. These include the All-East Tennessee Choruses, the All-East Tennessee Middle School Honors Chorus, the J.B. Lyle Choral Festival and the Middle School Choral Festival.

I look forward to furthering our mission together as we advance music education and choral music to our students and communities.
